Emily Hart Wood: Bio

B i o

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Weber State University with a 2D emphasis in 2008. During her education she was able to study Renaissance and Contemporary art abroad in Italy. Many of her concepts are based on her response to memory, relationships, spirituality and the exploration of the little worlds that people invent for themselves. Her inspiration comes from the beauty of everyday life, books, poetry, music, and found objects. Emily lives with her husband and little boy in Utah where they love being with family, traveling, snowboarding and spending time at Bear Lake.
